MGT 409 Community Healthcare Planning and Response to Disasters – Day 1 of 2

OCHD EP will be hosting the federal course, MGT 409: Community Healthcare Planning and Response to Disasters on March 24-25, 2020 from 8:30am-5:00pm at East Conference Room L Brooks Patterson Building (EOB) 2100 Pontiac Lake Rd, Waterford Twp, MI 48328
This course provides comprehensive planning tools to mitigate impacts on communities during large-scale incidents and examines the need for collaboration among responders in a community-wide disaster response. This course will be tailored specifically to Oakland County and the activities require participants from various Community-based professions. Come join us as we build community resilience and strengthen our partnerships! The target audience for this course includes:
• Healthcare provider administration
- Fire departments, Emergency medical services
- Law enforcement
- Hospital clinical and non-clinical supervisors, safety, liaison officers and emergency planners
- Mental health professionals
- Schools
- Home healthcare and hospice
- Human services
- Local, county and state public health
