Michigan Hepatitis A Outbreak Update for Clinicians

MDHHS is hosting a hepatitis A clinician webinar on September 26, 2018 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM EDT. The webinar will provide updates on the status of the hepatitis A outbreak in Michigan, focusing on: case data review, risk factors, and hospitalizations. An interactive discussion of ongoing screening, vaccinations, and response strategies will occur. Jevon McFadden, MD, MPH, the CDC Career Epidemiology Field Officer and Medical Epidemiologist, and Eden Wells, MD, MPH, FACPM, the MDHHS Chief Medical Executive, will host the webinar. 1 continuing medical education (CME) credit is available for the webinar.
